📢 IMMEDIATE HIRING – HR OFFICER (GENERALIST)

Al Shafar Engineering is looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on HR Officer (Generalist) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have solid UAE HR experience and the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and HR administration in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
• Handle HR administration, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company HR policies.
• Coordinate employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related transactions.
• Support monthly payroll, leave salary, overtime, and final settlements.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR queries.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, interviews, and manpower requirements.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7-10 years of UAE HR experience, preferably in the Construction, or Contracting industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Hands-on experience with MOHRE processes, visa coordination, payroll, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be currently available in the UAE
