Position: Logistics Officer

💰 Salary: AED 6,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate import and export shipments and logistics operations.
Handle shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, transporters, and clearing agents.
Monitor shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Manage customs clearance documentation and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and procurement departments.
Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare regular reports.
Ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.

Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations in the UAE.
Strong practical experience in Dubai trade procedures is a MUST.
Must have hands-on experience with Dubai import/export processes, customs clearance, and trade documentation.
Good knowledge of UAE customs regulations and import/export procedures.
Experience dealing with Dubai Trade portal and relevant customs procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in automotive spare parts or bearings trading will be an advantage.
