The Opportunity
Expert Properties is looking for a process-driven HR Executive to lead our people operations in the heart of Business Bay. We aren’t just looking for an administrator; we need a strategic partner who can manage the full lifecycle of high-performing real estate talent while ensuring 100% compliance with the latest UAE labor standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hiring cycle for Property Consultants, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure all contracts and operations align with the 2026 UAE Labor Law updates.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, performance management, and culture-building.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management via HR systems.
- Oversee the administrative side of RERA card applications and renewals for the sales team.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE-based HR experience within a Real Estate Brokerage.
- Must be a current UAE Resident
- Strong “headhunting” ability for commission-based sales roles.
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Sound knowledge of the local Labor Law and statutory compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions and work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
