Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a qualified and experienced General Accountant with UAE real estate experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and prepare financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements
• Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial alignment with project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a General Accountant in the UAE real estate industry.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax compliance.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred.
