THK Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in the construction and contracting industry to manage financial operations, accounting processes, and regulatory compliance.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in the Construction / Contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of the complete accounting cycle, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable commercial laws.
• Hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts operations.
• Experience working with ERP and accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• CA Inter / ACCA qualification is preferred.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle and financial operations.
• Handle monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Support financial reporting and accounting processes using ERP systems.

⚠️ Important: Candidates must have relevant experience in the Construction / Contracting industry. CA Inter / ACCA-qualified candidates will be preferred.
